Happy Sunday! It’s incredible to think that it’s been more than a year since we last met in person. Through God’s faithfulness and the generosity of our community, we’ve been able to shift and adapt.
As we see a light at the end of the tunnel, it’s important more than ever that we continue to support the Christ Emmanuel Community Church community and activities through offering and donations.
“But where does the money go?” you may ask. Good question. Here are the various ministries and activities that have been able to bear fruit through this difficult season:
Upkeep and Maintenance of the church building, so it’s ready once we can gather in person. In fact, there are a few great suprises in store!
Our pastoral staff, Rev. Andrew Bendicion, Pastor Ian Arienda-Jose, and Pastor Joseph Liu.
Missionaries and Organizations we support, many of whom have been facing financial challenges through the pandemic.
Financial aid for our community members, if needed and/or requested.
Materials and resources for Children’s Sunday School, fellowships, Life Groups, baptisimal classes, and marriage classes.
Speaker honorariums for fellowships and prayer meetings.
Subsidies for activities like conferences, seminary courses, and conferences (e.g. Teen’s Conference).
Accounts and platforms for online services, fellowships, and gatherings.
Although we can’t meet in person, it’s easy to give! You can donate securely through e-transfer, or mail in your offering or donation. To find out more, visit our website, or email donate@cecctoronto.com.
Thank you for your partnership in the gospel. Please continue to pray for the various activities and ministries of the CECC community.
